ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE SELLING OFF OF AMERICA

We have discussed it in the past and here is the latest example of the selling off of America.  Am I the only one disturbed by this?

Merrill Lynch is expected to suffer $15 billion in losses stemming from soured mortgage investments, almost double its original estimate, prompting the firm to raise additional capital from an outside investor.

Merrill, the nation’s largest brokerage firm, is expected to disclose the huge write-down when it reports earnings next week, according to people who have been briefed on its plans. The loss far exceeds the $12 billion hit many Wall Street analysts had forecast.

To shore up its deteriorating finances, Merrill is now in discussions with investors in the United States, Asia and the Middle East, including American private equity firms, to raise about $4 billion in the coming days, these people said.

FRED THOMPSON PROVES HE IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB AND THE FAIR TAX GETS A "PLUG"

I missed the debate last night and by all the news I’ve read this morning my man Fred Thompson is affirming what I have known all along, he is the only choice for commander in chief.  In the past I have expressed my vision of a “dream” White House. Fred Thompson with Newt Gingrich as VP.  I found an older article here mentioning it.

The lovely Michelle Malkin had this to say about the debate last night and as usual she does an excellent job.  I wish she would let some of her “smart mojo” creep over my way, we all know, “I’hm naht ah smaht mahen”.

An interesting read!  Hat Tip to Dandelion Salad.  I’m upset they forgot to mention Thompson & Paul but it still makes for some interesting information.  One that stood out to me in a very sinister way is Albright’s alignment with Hillary.  Yikes!  Could you imagine that in the White House again?!  Also disturbing are the old Carter administration butt-sniffers coming back for more.  TRMarchesano
