JEANNE ASSAM, A TESTAMENT TO AN ARMED CITIZENRY

December 11, 2007 · 13 Comments

r1915178120 Yes she was a security guard and there to protect the church goers.  However, I find this to be a strong argument for an armed citizenry.  If only a few good citizens had been armed in the recent mall and school shootings a few lives could have been saved.  Beauty and firepower, this lady has it all…

this woman is my new hero!

The fact of the matter is that guns save lives. It’s really just that simple.Anybody who thinks that disarming the population or creating “gun free zones” creates an air of safety are living in a false idealistic world.

When disarm the good guys, that just leaves the bad guys with guns – because we already know that if somebody is going to commit a crime they aren’t going to abide by gun laws or “gun free zones.” It just creates easier targets. We are telling the criminal element where they can go and have the best chance to not get gunned down by a good guy.

Damn the libs are dumb assholes. And they’ll never get it.

I know two women with bumper stickers that read, “You can’t beat a woman who shoots.”

    And, no, you can’t.

Wait a minute, didn’t the shooter also have a gun?

    Hi Arc,
I think they do get it, they just would rather endanger lives to maintain power and grow government control.

    Hi Wickle,
    Thers nothing scarier!

    Hi Kip,
Yes he had a gun… not sure what you mean?

Do you think we’d all be better off if everyone had guns?

Not everyone, but trained, honest citizens, YES…

  • arclightzero // December 13, 2007 at 12:47 am

I agree. Not everybody, but a gun in the hands of somebody who is properly trained is the best tool for ensuring the safety of the public available.

Kip, The shooter will ALWAYS have a gun. The question is, “How should honest citizens prepare for the shooter who intends to kill them?”

In a way, Jeanne Assam is almost like Charles L. Foster, a British-American Guardian angel was involved shooting the McDonald’s gunman and saved a lot of people including Basque-Mexican Alberto Hale Leos.

I found another one like Jeanne Assam. Mark S. Kram. a Yiddish Tom Selleck and the Incredible Hulk of Florida, shot the gunman to death to save many others. His (Kram) partner is a black man (God rest his soul), is also a hero.
